About Robyn Barron
Robyn Barron
Fine art photographer & horticulturalist
Robyn Barron is a botanical photographer and lifelong gardener whose work captures the quiet intelligence of plants and the intimate relationships we form with nature.
Rooted in hands-on horticultural experience, her photography goes beyond surface beauty, revealing the emotional texture, hidden structures, and ephemeral moments found in gardens both wild and cultivated.
With a deep understanding of plant life gained through years of tending gardens, Robyn approaches the camera as both an environmentalist and an artist. Her images are meditative studies in light, decay, growth and resilience. Whether photographing heirloom roses, tangled branches, fallen flowers or intricate details, she invites the viewer to see plants not as a background, but as beings with presence and story.
Robyn's work has been exhibited at The Art Boxes Lennox Head, Northern Rivers Community Gallery Ballina, New England Regional Art Museum and other venues.
